The radial expansion of the rubber parts ensures a permanent, pressure-tight and secure sealing of the annular space. For particularly thin-walled plastic pipes such as pre-insulated, flexible casing and corrugated pipe systems, a Compakt Temp or Compakt Super Soft is recommended.

The RottoX® Dynamic Wall Seal is a pressure-tight, flexible sleeve designed for sealing pipe penetrations in walls and ceilings. Made from high-quality Rottolin, it accommodates axial and radial movements (±25 mm) and compensates for pipe settlement (up to 40 mm). The seamless, elastic material resists pressing water up to 1.0 bar and maintains flexibility in temperatures up to 55 °C. Available for core drillings from 150 to 1000 mm, it’s ideal for pre-insulated pipes in civil, water, energy, and district heating applications
